Through counseling with our remote Chaplain Services, our Chaplains provide a safe, welcoming space for you to share your story, express your concerns and find spiritual as well as emotional support. Whether you are navigating the complexities of Autism, Down syndrome, physical disabilities, or other special needs, our Chaplains are here to listen with compassion and respond with care tailored to your family’s experiences.

Jason Bieber is the Founding Director of J Bieber Ministries. His vast life experiences include raising multiple children including his youngest son Jacob and his severely autistic daughter JoAnne. He also has raised three older boys Joshua, Ryan and Jaxson.
Jason retired from the Army National Guard after serving twenty-two years. His service included three Middle East tours and he is a service-connected disabled combat veteran. While serving in the Army National Guard Jason balanced a civilian career in Information Technology and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Jason continues to work full time for a large international corporation as an Information Systems Internal auditor while starting both J Bieber Ministries and J Bieber Enterprises.

Rachel Bieber is a Director of J Bieber Ministries. She was raised and lived in Niger West Africa until she was thirty-seven years old and is the mother of Jacob and JoAnne her severely autistic daughter.
Rachel has worked in preschool as well as Management of a Guest House in Niger. She speaks English as well as fluent Hausa, Zarma and French.
