About us
At J Bieber Ministries, we believe every individual was created with purpose, value, and dignity, regardless of ability. But we also believe that when one family member has significant special needs, the entire family is affected.
Our ministry exists to support individuals with special needs while restoring balance, hope, and stability to parents, siblings, and caregivers. We focus on what many families quietly fear but rarely find help addressing: long-term support that allows families to remain whole, healthy, and connected. Now and for the future.
Our mission is simple, but deeply intentional:
To ensure individuals with special needs in our care are able to thrive and reach their God-given potential, while helping their families live fuller, healthier, and more balanced lives.
We do this by supporting individuals where they need help, strengthening families where they are stretched thin, and building community-based solutions designed to last beyond a parent’s lifetime.
Why We Exist
J Bieber Ministries was formed out of lived experience and real need. Families caring for individuals with severe autism or other complex special needs often face challenges that few programs are designed to handle long-term.
Families caring for individuals with severe autism or complex special needs often face:
Limited options for individuals with high support needs
Emotional, physical, and relational exhaustion
Ongoing fear about future care and stability
Pressure that places marriages, siblings, and family unity at risk
We exist to step into that gap. Not with temporary fixes, but with thoughtful, realistic, and compassionate long-term support.
Who We Serve
We intentionally serve individuals whose needs require ongoing, structured support and who cannot live independently without assistance.
We serve individuals who:
✓ Have autism, including severe autism
✓ Have physical disabilities requiring long-term care
✓ Have Down syndrome
✓ Have other developmental or physical conditions that limit independent living
We also serve their immediate families; parents, siblings, and caregivers who need encouragement, guidance, and partnership along the way.
To be clear and responsible, we do not provide services for mental health conditions. Transparency allows us to serve families well and with integrity.
To serve responsibly and with integrity, we do not provide services for individuals diagnosed with mental illness. This allows us to focus our resources on the families and individuals we are best equipped to support.
Our Core Values
Our work is grounded in values that guide every decision we make. These principles define how we support individuals with special needs, how we partner with families, and how we plan for long-term care with dignity, faith, and purpose.
Every individual deserves respect, purpose, and meaningful relationships.
Routine, stability, and long-term commitment create safety and growth.
Our work is grounded in Scripture and lived out through service.
Families are not alone. We walk alongside them, not ahead of them.
We plan not just for today, but for the years and decades ahead.
Our calling is rooted in Matthew 25:40:
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
This verse shapes our posture, our priorities, and our responsibility. Faith is not an add-on to our work—it is the foundation that guides how we care, plan, and serve.

Building a community-based support for families with special needs individuals that lasts beyond a single lifetime.
