Before growth can happen, individuals need safety, routine and belonging. Our support community is designed specifically for families with individual members who cannot live independently and require long-term guidance, structure and care.

A setting where individuals are known, valued and supported
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Our focus is long-term stability for the entire family that will then extend beyond the parent’s lifetime to continue care for their loved ones with higher support needs.
Who We Serve
We Provide Support For Families With Individuals Who Need Ongoing Care
We serve individuals with Chaplain Services remotely and the entire Special Needs family who live in the community. We assist their special needs family member(s) who require long-term, structured support due to significant disabilities that prevent independent living. Allowing parents to rest assured that their special needs family members will be cared for beyond their own lifetime.
We serve families with individuals who:
Have autism, including severe autism
Have Down syndrome
Have physical disabilities requiring ongoing assistance
Require consistent supervision and long-term support
Have other developmental or physical conditions that limit independent living
We do NOT have the capacity to support individuals diagnosed with mental illness.
This allows us to focus our resources on the individuals and families we are best
equipped to help.
